By accessing and using the Tradon Travel Agency website (travel.tradonagency.com) or booking any tour or service provided by Tradon Travel Agency, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your engagement with our platform and the services we provide.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and full payment at the time of reservation. Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This email serves as your official receipt and tour voucher.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Up to 48 hours before the tour: 100% full refund available unconditionally.
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour or No-shows: No refund will be provided.

4. Modifications to the Tour

Tradon Travel Agency reserves the right to make minor modifications to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, sudden closures of public spaces, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and best experience for our travelers.

5. Liability

Tradon Travel Agency is not responsible for personal property loss or damage, or any personal injury, except in cases where it is directly caused by the explicit negligence of our staff or guides. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any new terms. This page will always reflect the most current policies.
